Position Details:

Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, 4 days per week
Length: Temporary assignment, 4–8 weeks
Caseload: Manageable and structured to support effective service delivery
Pay Range: $60–$70 per hour, based on experience
Provided Tools: Secure teletherapy platform and access to digital resources
Support: Direct access to the company owner and ongoing collaboration

Responsibilities:

Provide school-based physical therapy services via teletherapy to K–12 students
Complete evaluations and write school-compliant reports
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with school staff

Requirements:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
Active Oregon Physical Therapy license
School-based experience preferred
Teletherapy experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
